Have you heard of The Healthy Apple? We absolutely cannot get enough of our newest blogger friend, Amie Valpone! So much so, that we’ve decided to join forces - Simple Mills and The Healthy Apple are teaming up to inspire your fall with simple and delicious recipes inspired by our baking mixes. Follow along with us for the duration of the contest for all kinds of simple, beautiful, and good-for-you fall recipe ideas.
To enter our contest running from 10/19 – 10/30, follow these simple steps below.
- Head on over to Pinterest! You’ll simply need to create a board that’s filled with creative recipe ideas for using Simple Mills baking mixes. Don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of inspiration to help you get started! Check out our inspo board here to get your board started.
- Pin from your favorite recipe sources (whatever the recipe is – just be sure that one of our mixes could be a featured ingredient!).
- Once your board is ready, email it to info@simplemills.com to be entered in the contest.
- Only one entry per user
Three winners will win: $50 American Express Gift Card, 8 Simple Mills Baking Mixes (one of each variety), and fun, Fall cooking supplies to bring your pinned recipes to life. We can’t wait to see what you create!

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Simple Mills “Fall In Love With Simple” Pinterest Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 19,2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on Friday , October 30, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CT. The Sweepstakes consists of three prize drawings. Entries must be received by Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CT. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Simple Mills, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Pinterest. Pinterest is not affiliated with the Sponsor in any way.
ELIGIBILITY: Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S. Simple Mills employees, contractors, distributors, or suppliers are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per user. Participants must create one Pinterest board filled with healthy inspiration ideas inspired by Simple Mills products. Simple Mills is not required to be an ingredient in the pinned recipes, however, the pins should serve as inspiration for Simple Mills products. Boards should be submitted to info@simplemills.com between Monday, October 19, 2015 9:00 AM CT and Friday, October 30, 2015 11:59 PM CT.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize package is $175. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash or substituted in whole or in part. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules by Friday, October 30 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Winner will be notified by Sponsor via email and the winner’s first name and last name initial will posted on social channels. Each winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”) for receipt by Sponsor within seven (7) days of initial written notification. Failure of any winner to return the Prize Claim Documents in a timely manner, or the determination that a potential winner is not eligible to receive a prize will result in forfeiture of the corresponding prize. If a prize is forfeited for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries in the applicable daily drawing pool. Any alternate winner(s) will be notified as described above and required to complete and return the Prize Claim Documents in accordance with the provisions above. Prizes will be shipped within approximately 4 weeks following verification of eligibility.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received each day of the Promotion Period in accordance with these Official Rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, Pinterest, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and employees from and against any and all liability for loss, cost or expense including without limitation, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession and/or use/misuse of a prize (if awarded to him/her).
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or not received by Sponsor for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Released Parties’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iv) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (v) any typographical or other error in advertising related to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prize winners; or (vi) cheating or fraud by any participant.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, prize information, likeness and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without limitation or additional notice or compensation.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, the Released Parties will select the winner for the day on which the Sweepstakes is terminated by random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination time and date. No further drawings, if any, will be conducted, and no further daily prizes, if any, will be awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method or entry service that is prohibited under these rules.

DISPUTES: By participating, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded (if applicable) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Cook County, Illinois; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased..
