If you’re like me, staying healthy is a top priority. When you travel regularly for work, it can be very challenging to keep up your fitness routine, and sometimes you have to get creative! Here are some of my favorite on-the-go workout ideas to help you achieve your fitness goals – no matter where you are.

---

Insanity by Beachbody – My favorite “do it anywhere” workout! Insanity is a 60 day workout program that can help you get into the best shape of your life. The best part about Insanity is that it doesn’t require any equipment. All you need are the Insanity DVDs and a computer, and you can do the workouts anywhere! Beachbody offers a full line of workout video programs, making it simple to find out which program is best suited for you.

Daily Burn – Daily Burn is a fitness site that offers thousands of workout videos. Daily Burn has a fantastic selection of different workout options so you are guaranteed to find something that meets your interests and workout goals! Some workouts require simple equipment that you should be able to find in most hotel gyms. If you are staying in a location without a gym – don’t fear! There are many videos that don’t require any.

CorePower Online – For all the yogis out there – Corepower is a nationwide yoga chain that offers some of the best beginner and advanced yoga classes around! Corepower Online is a great option if you are looking for a yoga class that you can do from the comfort of your hotel room. The site offers hundreds of classes that can be done at any time of the day.

ClassPass – If you love trying new workout classes, ClassPass is really great. This site allows you to attend unlimited workout classes at premium clubs and studios around the country – all for one monthly fee. The only catch: you are only allowed to attend each class 3 times/month.

Join a national gym or fitness studio – Many gyms & fitness studios have locations across the country. LA Fitness, Equinox, Lifetime Fitness, FlyWheel, Soul Cycle, and CorePower, are just a few of the gyms/studios that come to mind. Most fitness facilities will allow you to excersize for fee at any of their nationwide locations!

Hotel Run Club – If you love to run, make sure to ask if your hotel offers a run club for their guests! Sometimes it can be challenging to find a running route in a new city, but a run club will take care of this for you. The Westin line of hotels even offers its guests the option to rent workout clothes and shoes for $5!
